Through Creative Cheesecakes 4 U Bakery I am dedicated to making wholesome, great tasting baked goods. As the name of my business suggests my specialty is cheesecakes. Not your everyday typical cheesecake though. All my cheesecakes are made from a blend of organic and natural cheeses produced in the USA. I use locally grown produce and all the best natural ingredients I can find. I take great pride in saying that my toppings, sauces and even the shortbread cookies I use for my crusts are all made from scratch. To ensure you are getting the best product I never pre-make and/or freeze my cheesecakes. Everything is done to order and delivered by me to your location. I am currently servicing the Ft. Myers/Bonita Springs area as well as Fort. Lauderdale.

During my 14 successful years in the advertising world, baking and cooking were always a part of my life. Then one day a co-worker asked me how much would I charge for one of my cheesecakes. That led me to check out culinary school and I have never looked back since. I graduated from the International Culinary Institute (AIFL) and was the recipient of the “Outstanding Culinary Achievement” Award for my degree.

That culinary knowledge along with my passion for good wholesome food, especially desserts culminated in the creation of Creative Cheesecakes 4 U Bakery. Once food became my way of life I really started to pay attention to what I was eating. I discovered I had a very naive notion of where food was coming from. There is a huge disconnect between us and what we are eating.

The key to great tasting and wholesome food is the love that flows from the chef into what they are making. You should know who is making the food you sell and especially what is going into it.
That is why my motto is “If it's not made with love, then it's not worth eating!"
