Do you make custom cheesecakes?

Of course I do! If you don’t see what your looking for on the menu I will be overjoyed to create a cheesecake catered to your needs. Keep in mind that custom orders must be placed a minimum of 4 days ahead of delivery date. Price may vary depending on ingredients.

 

After I place my order when will my cheesecake be ready?

All my cheesecakes and toppings are made to order and never frozen. Orders placed Monday through Saturday before 2 p.m. are generally ready the next day, depending on prior orders and availability of certain ingredients. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday or after 2 p.m. will be put through the following business day. Custom orders will take a minimum of 4 days.

 

How big of a cheesecake are we talking about?

All my cheesecakes are 9” serve 10 to 12 people and weigh about 2 to 2.5 lbs on average. Larger and custom sizes are available, please ask at time of order.

 

What kind of cream cheese do you use?

I use a blend of organic cream cheeses and mascarpone for my cheesecake batter. The result is a creamier, richer cheesecake flavor and smooth texture. My cheesecake minis are 100% organic using only Organic Valley cream cheese.

 

What kind of crust do you use?

All my cheesecakes are baked on a shortbread cookie crust. My shortbread cookies are made from a blend of whole-wheat and soy flours.

 

How many cheesecake mini’s come in an order?

Cheesecake mini’s are sold by the dozen and 1/2 dozen depending on size. Minis are 2”x1 3/4” come in a dozen and you can pick up to two flavors.

 

What about food allergies?

While nuts, dairy products and other food allergens are not a part of every cheesecake, trace amounts can be in any of my cheesecakes. If your customer has a food allergy I would advise to refrain from eating my products.

 

What is the best way to serve a creative cheesecake?

Cheesecake is best served slightly chilled. Simply take the cheesecake out of the fridge one to two hours before serving.

 

Do you deliver and/or ship your cheesecakes?

Since I value building relationships with my customers I only deliver my products. Some delivery fees do apply. Orders to Fort Lauderdale must be placed in bulk and ordered a minimum of 1 week before delivery date. Call for more details.

 

Do you make cheesecakes for special or catered events?

I sure do! Please contact me directly for more details. I will be more than happy to assist you with your event.

 

Are your cheesecakes diabetic friendly?

I have a selection of cheesecakes that are marked “DF” for diabetic friendly. These cheesecakes are made with agave which has a low glycemic index and can be absorbed safely by diabetics.

 

Do you make a gluten-free cheesecake?

All of the ingredients I use are naturally gluten-free except for my shortbread cookie crust. But rejoice; for I can substitute my normal crust with a gluten-free shortbread cookie crust. (For customers with celiac disease please be aware that my product was not made in a gluten-free kitchen.)
